Visual Events Inc. rents giant-sized, mobile, LED boards that are designed to entertain thousands of people. Sporting events, festivals, fairs, walk/run races, graduation ceremonies, tailgating, movie nights, private events, and more, Visual Events is ready to serve events within a six-hour radius of the St. Louis, MO area and provides experienced technicians to ensure your event runs flawlessly.

And it is not just visual, we also provide a state-of-the art sound system that covers over an acre of space and reaches thousands of ears to support the visuals on the screen.

Our Services

The MAX 169 LED trailer is designed to bring visual events wherever you need them. The portable LED screen has a built-in sound system, control board and computer, and generator making it self-sufficient wherever it goes. Dozes of applications in which to use the MAX 169.

MOVIE NIGHTS

Organizing a neighborhood block party? Hosting a community movie night in the park? Having a fun school activity? This is the perfect solution as the screen clarity is much better than a traditional projection system and can be seen in daylight allowing for daytime start times. No more waiting until 9:30 to start the movie, we have the perfect solution.

VIDEO GAME COMPETITIONS

Trying to provide hours of entertainment for the gaming crowd and tons of fun for spectators. We can help run a competition or provide a fun activity for the gaming crowd at a festival or event. Level up with Virtual Events.

SPORTING EVENTS

Need a better view of the action? We can hook up a live feed to the board and position it where more people can get a better live view of the action. The board can also serve as a scoreboard or simply provide another way to recognize sponsors and advertisers.

About Us

Visual Events offers turnkey events that include delivery, set up, operation and breakdown of the model 169 mobile LED screen. It sets up in just minutes and anything you can dream of to put on this 9’ high x 16’ screen, we can make that happen. Commercials, PowerPoints, gaming, movies, live events, sporting events, and much more.

Father and son Virtual Events owners, Matt and Maverick McSparin have a combined 50 years’ experience in event management, sports, and the movie theater industry and love bringing fun to events of all shapes and sizes. Matt’s former event company produced sports fan festivals for clients such as the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Rams and Cardinals, Notre Dame Football, University of Michigan Football, Missouri Valley Conference, and much more. The company also produced corporate family day events and it was also common to produce movie nights using projector and inflatable screen technology. With Virtual Events and the Max 169 Screen, the movie night just got crisper, clearer, and visible during the day.

How much is the deposit?

We collect a 50% deposit at the time of the booking. 50% is due the day of the event.

When should I book?

We take bookings as far out as a year and welcome multi-year contracts that we offer discounts on as well as multi-date bookings, like all home games of a football season.

What does it cost?

We customize every quote based on travel distance, days of operation, hours of operation, and scope of the event. Events range from as low as $1,000 up to $5,000 depending on the needs of your event. We pride ourselves on offering a high quality event at a great value.

How long can the board run?

The board is powered by a generator that can run for up to 30 hours without refueling.

How much room do I need?

The Max 169 fits in a conventional parking spot.
